Indoor Climbing Center Working On Moving to Old Town

TWIN FALLS, Id ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) A new company is planning a move into Twin Fall's Warehouse Historic District. GemStone Climbing Center has been working with the Urban Renewal Agency to purchase a lot on 5th Avenue South and Shoshone Street. GemStone's investment is estimated at $1.6 million. In return for the investment the company has requested that the URA make a few infrastructure improvements first. GemStone expects to create 15 to 20 new jobs and a draw to bringing customers downtown.
