If You’re Up Sick All Night Who Takes the Couch?

At my house, if you’re sick, you go to the couch.  It’s not so much a hard rule, it just tends to happen.  If I’m sick and I wake up hacking in the middle of the night, I’ll move to the couch so my wife can sleep.

Does the sick person wind up on the couch at your house or is it the other way around?
