BOISE, Idaho (KTVB)-- The snow and rain we've seen so far is good news.

The Natural Resources Conservation Service released its first water supply outlook report for the 2015 water year. Precipitation varies across the state, but the majority of watershed basins are at 90 to 105 percent of normal.

Experts say there are still several more months of winter weather to come and they expect the outlook to change.
