IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (AP) — An Idaho teenager has been charged with a felony after police say he shot at two school buses with a pellet or BB gun.

The Post Register reports that Bonneville County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Bryan Lovell says the 17-year-old boy apparently shot at the buses during after-school hours Friday.

Lovell says the teen is a student at Hillcrest High School and has been charged with shooting at an occupied vehicle and malicious injury to property.

Principal Douglas McLaren said in an email that he doesn't have any information about whether student will be punished by the school.

A news release from the Sheriff's Office says the two bus windows were shattered and no one was injured.
