POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — The Idaho State Police says a routine traffic stop on Interstate 86 near American Falls led to the seizure of nearly 90 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $180,000. The ISP says a trooper stopped an eastbound SUV shortly before 9 a.m. Wednesday for a traffic violation. Officers arrested 51-year-old Antonio Alvarez-Contreras of Gaston, Ore., and seized the marijuana. Alvarez-Contreras was arrested on suspicion of trafficking a controlled substance and jailed in Power County.
