GARDEN CITY, Idaho (AP) — Police say someone broke into the Special Olympics Idaho office and stole laptops and other computer equipment. Garden City police say the break-in happened Sunday night or Monday morning.

Police Sergeant Blair Brannan tells KTVB-TV that authorities have few leads and they need the public's help in solving the crime. It was not immediately clear how many people were involved in the burglary or the value of the equipment that was stolen. Special Olympics Idaho's website says the non-profit organization provides training and competition for 15 Olympic-type sports to more than 2,500 children and adults with disabilities.
