BOISE, Idaho (AP) — An Ada County grand jury has indicted a Boise man on a charge of first-degree murder in what police describe as a road-rage shooting death. Boise police say Shawn Fisher rammed into a car and fired a bullet into the driver's side door over a parking dispute in February.

Minutes later, he allegedly shot and killed Matthew Mohler-Kerns as Mohler-Kerns sat in his car. The Idaho Statesman describes a search warrant as saying police have the .38-caliber revolver used in that shooting, plus ammunition and an empty ammo box found in Fisher's apartment.

The grand jury added the murder charge Tuesday. Fisher also is charged with aggravated battery, aggravated assault, use of a weapon in the commission of crime and kicking a police dog. He is to be arraigned Tuesday.
