MOSCOW, Idaho (AP) — A 24-year-old Moscow man is charged with vehicular manslaughter for a crash that led to the death of a motorcycle rider.

The Moscow-Pullman Daily News reports Todd B. Carter pleaded not guilty last week. Court records say 46-year-old Robert O. Miller died on Oct. 21 of injuries suffered in the crash four days earlier.

Prosecutors say Carter failed to yield the right of way while making a left turn in Moscow and collided with Miller's motorcycle. Court records say Carter was driving inattentively, carelessly or imprudently.
