LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Authorities say an Idaho fugitive accused of recording his sexual assault on an 8-year-old girl and distributing the video has been arrested in Nebraska. The U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release Tuesday that Justin Dixson was arrested without incident early Sunday morning outside a Lincoln motel where their car had been spotted by an officer. Will Iverson with the Marshals Service says a woman traveling with Dixson was interviewed and released.

Iverson says Dixson remains in Nebraska, awaiting extradition to Idaho. It's unclear whether the 41-year-old Dixson has an attorney who could be contacted to comment on his behalf. The service says Dixson had been arrested on the Idaho charges in April but had bonded out. Iverson says a warrant was issued after Dixson missed an Idaho hearing.
