Idaho Interstate Speeds will Increase

BOISE, Idaho (KTVB)-The plan to increase speed limits on some of Idaho's interstates is back on. On Friday, the Idaho Transportation Board approved increasing speeds to 80 miles per hour on rural sections of Interstates 15, 84 and 86 in Southern and Eastern Idaho. The speed limit will increase by early August. A plan to increase speed limits on state highways is still being considered.
