OROFINO, Idaho (AP) — A judge in north-central Idaho says there's enough evidence in a case against a school bus driver to support felony molestation charges. The Lewiston Tribune reports 77-year-old Grant C. Miles of Weippe is scheduled to enter a plea on three counts of lewd conduct with a child younger than 16 next month.

Prosecutors say the man molested a child he knew, starting when the boy was 12 years old, in 1994. Deputy prosecutor Lori Gillmore said during a preliminary hearing on Wednesday that the alleged victim in this case was found when investigators were looking into other reports of possible abuse.

Miles has been a bus driver for the Orofino School District for several years, but Superintendent Robert Vian said he is suspended pending the outcome of the case.
