If your kid is SO optimistic about his trick-or-treating haul tonight that he goes out with a PILLOWCASE, don't worry.  He's not going to be able to fill it up.

According to the website MyScienceProject.org and Deseret News, it would take approximately 1,690 pieces of candy to fill up a pillowcase.  And it would weigh about 48 pounds.

The average kid gets 91 pieces of candy trick-or-treating . . . so your kid probably isn't going to beat that by 1,857% and get 1,690 pieces.  ()
