How Do I Get That Song to Stop Playing Over and Over in My Head?

It’s good to see that science is working on the big stuff, eh?

A new study has figured out the best way to get a song out of your head.

Researchers found that if you work on a puzzle or play a game that’s just ‘kind of’ difficult, it’ll force your brain to concentrate on something else, and push the song out.

If you try a puzzle that’s too easy or too hard it won’t be enough to engage your mind.  I’m thinking maybe Bejeweled or Angry Birds might do the trick.

Good luck with that.
