If you're kids have been nagging you for an Xbox 360, do not give in and buy them one for Christmas. You will have technology regret so fast it will make your head spin.

Microsoft is rumored to be announcing the next Xbox in June of 2013.

The screenshot above--from Computer And Video Games--isn't real, but rather a mockup based on all the rumors leaking out and uses similar designs and materials as Microsoft's new tablet called 'Surface.'

The new Xbox, which Gizmodo believes will simply be called "Xbox", will Have a Quad-Core Processor, 8GB Ram, Blu-Ray, Kinect 2.0 and so much more. The new Xbox makes the 360 look like the Atari 2600.

We know it's coming. The new Xbox, regardless of what it's called, is coming. Nintendo just unveiled it's new Wii U, and Sony is threatening the world with the Playstation 4 in 2013 as well.

Don't get technology regret. Don't buy an Xbox 360 this holiday season. Make up something about Santa's factories running out of "Xboxonium," the rare material used to make the lasers.

Instead, save your money for the new Xbox in June and make your kids think they have the coolest parents ever. In reality, you know that you're just shrewd technology buyers.
