Heroes of the Storm Trailer: The Con Before the Storm

The massive online battle arena project that was formerly known as Blizzard All-Stars is now called Heroes of the Storm. Don’t confuse it with Heart of the Swarm.

Blizzard posted the video above this week, unveiling the new name for the game.

They only offered this message in the video’s About section: “Yep, we’ve changed it again. Set aside whatever you think you knew about Blizzard All-Stars, and get ready for what’s brewing at this year’s BlizzCon (Nov. 8-9, 2013).”

As you can see from the video, the game will take characters from Blizzard franchises like the Warcraft, StarCraft and Diablo universes and pit them in an arena together. They’ll show off more of this game at BlizzCon, so look forward to our coverage.
