A management training site called PR Newswire conducted a survey on why work meetings are so frustrating. Here are the things we hate the most:
1.) Allowing people to ramble and repeat the same comments and thoughts.
2.) Meetings that don't start on time, stay on track, or finish on time.
3.) Not getting any specific things to work on after the meeting.
4.) Meetings that have no clear purpose or objective.
5.) Meetings that aren't inspiring or motivating.
