When I was a kid there was nothing worse than trick or treating in the snow. Nothing made me grumpier than having to put on a coat, snow pants, and boots over my sweet Luke Skywalker costume.

The good news: there won't be snow for Halloween this year. The bad news: it may be kind of chilly in the Magic Valley.

According to the National Weather Service, the forecast on Halloween day calls for mostly sunny sky and highs nearing 57. It could be a bit breezy though, with West winds 6 to 15 mph. Overnight it's going to get much, much colder. Look for cloudy conditions and a low around 37 with Southwest winds 9 to 13 mph.

Here are a few tips and tricks to keep your little ghosts and goblins happy while out Trick or Treating. Bundle up the kids and bring them out to Trick or Treat on Bish's Street tomorrow! We're at the Twin Cinema 12 this year, and gates open at 3:30pm. Admission is free!
