Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV/KSVT-TV) - Two people have been arrested in Twin Falls following a dispute that ended up with a gun being discharged.

No one was injured when shots were fired around 10 p.m. Wednesday. Police have accused Dennis Cheatham, 31, of discharging a firearm within the city limits. When they arrived in the 300 block of Elm Street they found Chelsea Torres, 37, walking away from the scene carrying a firearm.

At this time they don’t believe she actually discharged the weapon but because she is a convicted felon, she is not allowed to be in possession of a gun. She has also been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
