The Grove St. gang is back and getting ready to wipe out the Ballas now that Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas is being re-released on Xbox Live with new features.

Rockstar Games has officially commented on the disappearance of the Xbox Originals version of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas with some great news -- the game is being re-released on Xbox Live with new features. More specifically, GTA: San Andreas will be released through Xbox Live's Games on Demand and will have 720p resolution, Achievement support and enhanced draw distance.

Unfortunately, the Games on Demand version of San Andreas is not interchangeable with the Xbox Originals version. This means save files won't transfer and owners of the Xbox Originals' San Andreas would have to buy it again via Games on Demand if they want this optimized version. Despite how much that sucks for owners of the original digital version, San Andreas is still worth it.
