One man was killed after a crash near Gooding Saturday night.  Chief Deputy Jerry Pierce with the Gooding County Sheriff said that 51-year-old Tim Harris of Gooding was traveling five miles northeast of Gooding on a rural road just before 7 p.m. Harris lost control of his vehicle and went down a ravine. Pierce said he was likely killed on impact. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Two 14-year-old boys were in Harris’ vehicle when it crashed. They were both wearing seatbelts. One of the boys was taken to North Canyon Medical in Gooding with minor injuries. The other boy, Harris’ son, was not injured. Pierce said alcohol is suspected as a factor in this crash.
