According to Taste of Country.com, Brad Paisley's new album, 'This Is Country Music,' has been bumped up. The release date has been moved to May 23rd.

“‘This Is Country Music’ is track one. It sets the tone. And from then on, all the songs on the album fill certain slots and paint the rest of the picture,” Paisley tells Billboard about the inner-workings of the album. “It’s almost like that’s the opening credits, and then you have the rest of the movie to follow.”

While May 23rd is still a month away, it's interesting to note that this is the first country album in a long time to hit stores on a Monday rather than a Tuesday.
