Most family's budgets have continued to get tighten and tighter in the last few years. While we saw a slight relief in gas prices they are on the rise again. And gas isn't the only thing that has gone up. I am shocked at how much I am paying for grocery's compared to 3 years ago. I can't seem to figure out if I am more stressed at the pump or in line at the grocery store. One thing is for certain...U.S. gas prices have hit a four-month high with 32 straight days of increases at the pump bringing misery to spring breakers and job hunters.

NBC News reports that the Automobile Association of America said Monday that the national average for a gallon of regular is $3.73 -- 43 cents more than a month ago -- with prices topping $4 in California and Hawaii.
