Free Diabetes Check Up

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- If you have diabetes health officials say its important to keep track of your condition. The South Central Public Health District is offering its final free ‘Head to Toe’ clinic for those living with diabetes. Health professionals will give free eye screenings, foot exams, blood pressure checks as well as offer nutrition education.

The Head to Toe Clinic will be held in Twin Falls at South Central Public Health District (located at 1020 Washington Street North) on May 15, 2013 from 9:00 a.m.to 4:00 p.m.  Please call 737-5988 to schedule an appointment.
