rmer assistant manager of the Twin Falls Wal-Mart store is facing sentencing in June after changing his plea to guilty in the theft of money from the store last year.  29 year old Patrick Howard had originally pleaded not guilty to taking more than $100,000 in cash from the store then flying to Florida.  He was arrested in Orlando after police tracked him there.  In a plea agreement Howard has agreed to serve five years of supervised probation in order to avoid a two to nine year prison sentence.  He must also pay restitution to Wal-Mart for the money taken and also to Twin Falls County for the cost of his transportation from Florida back to Idaho.  He sentencing date is June 25th.
