Tim McGraw isn’t the only guest artist on Florida Georgia Line’s upcoming Dig Your Roots album. In fact, he may be one of a handful of collaborators on the duo’s third studio album, expected this August.

“We have a few more collaborations,” FGL's Tyler Hubbard tells Taste of Country. “We’re doing a song with Ziggy Marley ... so that’s kind of different.”

Hubbard adds that the out-of-the-box collaboration can be compared to “Sun Daze” from their Anything Goes album. The 47-year-old Grammy winner is Bob Marley’s oldest son and a music icon.

The titles of the McGraw and Marley songs has not yet been released. Previously Florida Georgia Line described their duet with McGraw as "anthemic," adding that it’s a mix of "Round Here" and "Dirt."

Anything Goes did not feature any collaborators, but the duo teamed with songwriter Sarah Buxton on "Dayum, Baby" from their Here's to the Good Times debut album. They've always been open to working with others, however. In 2013 FGL joined the Cadillac Three for "The South" and rapper Nelly for a remix of their hit song "Cruise." Just this week they joined rapper Flo Rida onstage to sing "Cruise" and hinted there would be more to come from that partnership, although he's not on this album.

"H.O.L.Y." is the duo’s first single from Dig Your Roots and the only sample of what's to come. Fans can expect to hear it when the Dig Your Roots Tour opens on Thursday (May 12) in Tupelo, Miss. Hubbard says he's looking forward to showing fans a different side of them.

“We’ll break it down,” he says, adding that a small "B Stage" will be set up in the crowd. “Take a moment and, as we call it, take them to church.”

Cole Swindell, the Cadillac Three and Kane Brown open the summer tour.
