The newest trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD focuses on the game's combat and provides more L'Cie-filled jargon.

Square Enix has released a new trailer for Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, trying to hype up the game that a lot of you are going to buy because it's the only way to gain access to the demo of Final Fantasy XV. Type-0 HD was originally a PSP game that was released back in 2011, and, while its been optimized for current-gen consoles, its non-cutscene graphics still look a bit flimsy. While the trailer only showed fragments of gameplay, Type-0 HD's visuals look quite dated, especially for a title coming out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. We're rather skeptical as to how well a PSP game could make the transition over to PS4 and Xbox One, especially considering its price. A lot of definitive edition titles coming from last-gen consoles are debuting at the $40 range, but Type-0 HD is selling for $60. Even with the anticipated demo, that's a bit much for a game that was brought over from the PSP. Nevertheless, we're curious to see how well this spin-off does, all Duscae-dom aside.

Final Fantasy Type-0 HD will launch for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17. Packaged with Type-0's initial run will be download keys for Episode Duscae, the demo of Final Fantasy XV. Square Enix has repeatedly said in the past that this is the only way fans will get access to FFXV's demo. Here's to hoping Type-0 HD can stand up on its own, demo or not.

Hopefully Type-0 has some nice summons:
