Additional Information

The College of Southern Idaho Community Education will be offering the
non-credit enrichment children’s class, Future Chefs: Kids, taught by Randy McCarron of River Rock Grill,
at the CSI Desert Kitchen, Tuesday-Thursday, August 21-23 from 9- 11 am.

This class, created for aspiring chefs in fourth through sixth grade, is perfect for young cooks wanting to
learn to make something tasty. Chef and owner of River Rock Grill, McCarron will be walking students
through the basics of starting to learn how to cook. Students will learn careful and proper use a knife
and other kitchen equipment to create delicious meals and desserts.

The cost to register in Future Chefs: Kids is $35 and there is a $15 supply fee payable to the instructor
the first night of class. Students may register at http://communityed.csi.edu. Class size is limited so early
registration is suggested.
