The Magic Valley Arts Council presents the 3rd lecture of the 2014 Brown Bag Lecture Series, "Soil and Water Conservation" by Terry Halbert. Terry Halbert has been the North Side Soil & Water Conservation District Manager for the last eight years, overseeing one of the most innovative and successful districts in Idaho. The lectures are open to the public at no charge, and audience is encouraged to bring a brown bag lunch. That's Friday, March 28, from noon to 1.
