The College of Southern Idaho Community Education will be offering the
non-credit enrichment baking workshop, Allergy Free Baking, taught by Shelley Nash, at the CSI Desert Kitchen, Tuesday, August 21 from 7-9 pm.

No wheat? No eggs? No dairy? No refined sugar? Join this workshop for a night of delicious samples and
learn how to create all of favorites without typical allergens. This class is for those who are new to
gluten-free and dairy free baking and those who just want to learn a few new recipes. Participants will
learn tips and tricks for how to make allergy friendly foods easy, healthy, affordable and delicious.

The cost to register in Allergen Free Baking is $15 and there is a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor
the first night of class. Students may register at http://communityed.csi.edu. Class size is limited so early
registration is suggested.
