The Twin Falls School District would like to invite you to a special presentation by Astronaut Stephen Bowen.  Bowen will be at the Roper Auditorium, November 15th at 7 p.m.  He is the first Submarine Officer selected by NASA as a mission specialist, and reported for training at the Johnson Space Center in August 2000.  Following the Completion of two years of training and evaluation, he was initially assigned technical duties in the Astronaut Office Station Operations Branch.  A veteran of three spaceflights, Bowen has logged a total of over 40 days in space.

His most recent mission delivered the Permanent Multi-purpose Logistics Module (PMM) and an Express Logistics Carrier (ELC4) to the International Space Station.
