The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s Region V Behavioral Health is sponsoring a community event to strengthen mental health awareness in our community. The event title is, “Our Talents, Our Strengths: An Art of Recovery Showcase.” The event is open to the public from 11:30am-1:30pm on Thursday, November 7, 2013. The event will be held at the CSI Herrett Center located at 315 Falls Avenue, Twin Falls, Idaho, 83301. Lunch will be provided. We encourage all community members to attend and view artistic creations including ceramics, paintings, poetry, knitting, glass work, photography, and more created by individuals within our community who have been diagnosed with a mental illness.
