An epic dragon fight, a massive level, mounts, revamped combat and a new equipment system are just some of the new features depicted in this 16 minute long gameplay video of Dragon Age: Inquisition.

BioWare has posted a new, 16-minute long gameplay video of Dragon Age: Inquisition narrated by creative director Mike Laidlaw. Laidlaw explains that this single massive area, called The Hinterlands, is actually larger than the entire combined play space of Dragon Age: Origins. He also explains that there are plenty of other areas in Inqusition that are just as huge. This is why BioWare has decided to add in mounts to the game to help you traverse these distant landscapes. BioWare intends to have dozens of different kinds of mounts, with some being rarer and more impressive looking than others. During the dragon-filled ending of the video, we get to see the strategy aspects of Inquisition's combat system at work.

Dragon Age: Inquisition will launch on Oct. 7, bringing the Fade over to PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
