Do you think sending your kids to college means that they go away, have some fun, study, live in a dorm and graduate four years later?  Not so much.  A nonprofit group called Complete College America just compliled some stats that say the vast majority of college students are part-time and taking around eight years to complete a four-year degree.

Full-time students aren't doing much better... Only 60% finish a four-year degee in eight years.

That got us to thinking... If YOU are footing the bill and your kid blows the first semester, would you continue to pay for thier education?  You had some interesting thoughts on the show today.

What would you do?  If you child spent a little too much time being social and completely tanked thier first semester, would you keep footing the bill or would you cut the cord?
