I hate to admit it but...I was exhausted on Friday. Have you ever made plans on Friday night with friends and realized at 5:30 all you want to do is sleep? This was me last week. I got home and it was all I could do to make dinner, let alone get ready to go somewhere. Unfortunately, I had one more little shift at work so I thought I would put the 15 minute nap to test. After my 15 minute slumber it was extremely hard to get up but, I think it actually worked. I felt a little better and as the night went on I didn't seem that tired.
