Entertainment icon Dick Clark has passed away at the age of 82. Clark is remembered as the host of “Rockin’ New Years Eve” and “American Bandstand” among others.

Clark’s agent said in statement that the veteran host died this morning following a “massive heart attack.”

I know I rang in more than a few New Years with Dick Clark, and remember him hosting “TV’s Bloopers & Practical Jokes.” He always signed off with “For now, Dick Clark… so long.”

We lost an icon today. So long Dick.
