CSI Swing Band Performs Beautiful Karen Carpenter Tribute

Wednesday night was the CSI Spring Jazz Concert and it was their final performance of the season in a nice intimate setting backstage at the Fine Arts Auditorium. This was my first jazz band concert in a long time and I was pleasantly surprised. I played trumpet in jazz bands through high school and I love listening to them - but I think the highlight of the night was the Swing Band performing Karen Carpenters Superstar along with singer Emilee Gomske.
