Criminal Jacks a Motorcycle at Gunpoint Without Noticing Armed Cop Behind Him [graphic]

This video depicts a motorcycle jacking attempt at gunpoint.  What the criminal doesn't notice is the armed officer right behind him.

Before he can even mount the bike the officer uses deadly force to unarm the guy.  We're a little unsure whether or not the man is alive or not.
