TWIN FALLS, Idaho — A 41-year-old Washington man is missing after he slipped on some rocks near Pillar Falls and fell into the water. Lori Stewart, with the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office, said that the man was hiking with his daughter and one of her friends Saturday night around 9:30 p.m. She said the man slipped on some rocks and went under the water. The man’s daughter and her friend called 911 and crews searched until about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. They picked up the search around 6:30 a.m., searching until dark. Stewart said that crews will again pick up the search Monday morning. Around 20-25 people from Twin Falls Search and Rescue, Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Range Deputies and Jerome Search and Rescue have been looking for the missing man. The man’s name is being withheld pending notification of his family. Via KTVB
