Canyon Ridge Student Wins 2015 ‘Cool To Be in School’ Grand Prize

The Rob Green Auto Group is doing something very cool for our students: making them believe it's 'cool to be in school' by awarding scholarships and giving away a car!

This year 35 local students qualified for the giveaway. In order to qualify, each student must have perfect attendance.

On Saturday, all 35 students attended the giveaway event that was held at Rob Green GMC Buick on Blue Lakes Blvd in Twin Falls. Each students name was dropped in a drawing and one lucky student was given the car.

This years winner was Canyon Ridge High School Junior Jamie LeBlanc.

Rob Green also gave away three $1,000 scholarships. These scholarships were awarded for their athletic and academic achievements.

I think it's amazing that Rob Green is rewarding students who know that it's 'Cool to Be In School.'
