BLISS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT)- Tuesday night, what started as a controlled burn lost control, and ended up catching fire to a hillside. A local man called Bliss Fire when his controlled burn became too much to handle. Crews from Hagerman, Bliss and Gooding had to come out to try and control the burn. They also had to call in the BLM to do water and retardant drops. High winds and little access to the area made it difficult to try and put it out. Fortunately crews got it out before it damaged any structures.
