The arrival of cooler weather brought its own set of problems yesterday as nearly 5500 Idaho Power customers in the Hagerman and Gooding areas lost power.  The power was out from around 7 am until all power had been restored around 12:30 pm.  The outage caused some school closures in Gooding.  Power company officials say the high energy load prompted by the cooler temperatures caused the blackout.
