On the agenda is a request to approve design guidelines for the Twin Falls Downtown Historic District and Twin Falls City Park Historic District; a request to approve the city’s new wastewater contract with PSI; and a request from Starr Corp. to set as a guaranteed maximum $5.734 million for the City Hall project.
