Cinnamon Toast Crunch Introduces a Selfie Stick on a Spoon

This really takes narcissism to a whole new level. The makers of Cinnamon Toast Crunch are selling a spoon that's also a selfie stick. Now, you can take pictures and videos of yourself while you eat.

They're calling it the "Selfie Spoon." It pretty much looks like a normal selfie stick with a spoon slapped on the end.

At first I thought it was a joke. Even the ad looks like something you see on SNL or The Onion but apparently, they are giving them away on SelfieSpoon.com.  You just have to pay for the shipping and handling.

There's a limit to how many they are giving out. As of last night, it said they were all out, but that they'd start selling them again in the morning. What kind of sucks is you don't find out whether or not stock is available until after you go through the entire ordering process.

It's an obvious marketing gimmick with maybe a hint of social commentary on how we tend to overshare. Let me know when you get yours and we can go eat together.
