PARMA, Idaho (KLIX) Snow geese are making quite the impression in western Idaho at a migratory bird sanctuary. The Idaho Department of Fish and Game released video of the mass of snow geese at the For Boise Wildlife Management Area near Parma, Idaho. According to Idaho Fish and Game, the area is a stopping point for geese traveling from warmer climates like Mexico. There are believed to be 60,000 geese at the WMA at this time creating a spectacular site for photographers and bird watchers. Wildlife officials say the birds will stick around for about six weeks until they move on farther north. If you don't get a chance to see this site in person, check out the video produced by Idaho Fish and Game.
