Topical Costumes to Avoid This Halloween
Now that grocery stores are stocking Halloween candy on shelves (we can’t believe it either), it’s time to discuss the most important aspect of this amazing holiday -- costume selection. We recognize that there’s temptation to jump on the fad costume bandwagon, but take our advice -- the most obvious choice isn’t always the best choice. The following are 10 Halloween costumes we’re hoping we don’t see on the streets this year.

September 24, 2012 I think my family and I have been to Lagoon almost every year for the last thirteen years. We usually go in July or August and we have a great time. I know it's not quite as large as Disney, Universal or one of the other major theme parks but they have some pretty great rides and it's close to home.
It's also easy on the budget. If you live in Twin Falls, you could leave early in the morning, spend the entire day and return in the evening and not have to spend the night if you don't want to.
As many times as we've been to Lagoon, I have never visited in September. After my trip this weekend, I'm not sure that I will ever do it any other way. Here's why:

Canadian KFC Serves Up Raw Chicken Burger
When you remove a fast food burger from its wrapper and bite down, you are taking it on faith that there isn't something really disgusting between the buns.
Last week a KFC diner in the Toronto-area paid for this faith. As you can see, he took a big bite of his chicken burger only to find that somebody forgot to stick the chicken part in the deep fryer.

In 'Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory,' the film adaptation of the classic Roald Dahl children's novel 'Charlie & The Chocolate Factory,' five kids win a "Golden Ticket" that allows them to tour Willy Wonka's wondrous chocolate factory.
The five young actors who played the Golden Ticket winners each turned in memorable performances as the proverbial kids in the candy store. None of the actors were particularly well-known when the film came out in 1971, and for most of them 'Charlie & Chocolate Factory' represents the pinnacle of their acting career.
