Lee Brice Earns First No. 1 Single With ‘A Woman Like You’
Well, it’s about time — Lee Brice has finally topped the country singles chart as a recording artist with his latest single, ‘A Woman Like You.’ Though, being No. 1 is nothing new for Brice, who has already topped the charts as a songwriter on two occasions, both with Eli Young Band‘s ‘Crazy Girl’ late last year and Garth Brooks‘ ‘More Than a Memory’ back in 2007. Brice came close to having a No. 1 as an artist in 2010 when his mega hit ‘Love Like Crazy’ peaked at No. 3 on the charts.

April 9, 2012 It started Saturday while cleaning out the shed: I found my two old Apple iBooks, dead, but still resting comfortably in their cases. My 12" iBook suffered a motherboard failure five years earlier, and the iBook G4 14" lost its mind when the hard drive crashed. At the time it was too expensive to get either repaired as both had gone out of warranty, so they were banished to the shed.
Then it hit me: why couldn't I use both iBooks to create one, working laptop?

Long-Term Unemployment Benefits For Unemployed Idahoans To Expire Soon
(AP) – The state Department of Labor says long-term unemployment benefits in Idaho will expire after Dec. 31, though some jobless workers will be cut off sooner depending on when they started receiving the federal assistance. Agency spokesman Bob Fick says the jobless benefits are being scaled back because Idaho’s jobless rate is improving and a new federal law is phasing out emergency assistance for long-term unemployed workers.

Magic Valley Lays Hero To Rest
Saturday afternoon, family, friends and a community remembered Army Staff Sergeant Daniel Brown, a Jerome soldier killed by enemy explosives in Afghanistan two weeks ago. Over a thousand people gathered with them for his funeral service at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. Brown was killed 10 months into deployment.

April 2, 2012 As the world waited to watch the new season of the acclaimed television program "Game of Thrones," my kids and I were instead having an all-day "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" marathon. The show, featuring cartoon versions of Captain America, Iron Man, The Hulk, and Thor, airs on Disney's XD and is pretty cool.
Especially if you're a three-year-old named Jack.
