How Has Cancer Affected You?

Everyone I know has been directly effected by cancer. I have seen friends lose sisters, Uncles, Grandparents, friends, etc. I think death teaches us a lot about who we are and what life really means to us. While loosing someone from old age seems natural, cancer seems so ridged. Cancer robs us of something that can't be replaced... our loved ones.

Food Allergies: Do You Carry An EpiPen? [Poll]

My doctor once remarked that I was "allergic to the planet Earth." I have severe environmental allergies and food allergies. During the spring my life is hell. But by far the most frightening thing I'm allergic to is peanuts. One wrong snack and I'm dead.

It comes up more often than you would think. Even this morning one of our sales team brought in cookies for everyone and we had to figure out if any contained peanuts. And I don't carry an EpiPen. I'm actually not sure why to be honest, I just never have.

My poor little boys are sick and while I understand that all kids get sick it is still terrible to watch them be sick. I am positive that they have a 24 to 36 hour bug.
