My husband works extremely hard, which leaves him with back pain sometimes. So I thought Pilates might help him because if your leg muscles are stiff you are guaranteed to have a stiff back.

I don't think my husband was too excited about the idea of doing Pilates but I think he may try it just to relieve some back pain. That being said, I could tell that he was not excited about what could be involved with Pilates.

Brad Weiser told me that guys simple don't do Pilates or yoga. Which I was surprised to know. There has to be some guys out there that do Pilates, right?
