BURLEY, Idaho (AP) — The former vice principal of Burley High School has pleaded guilty to two counts charging her with having sexual contact with two students. The Times-News reports 41-year-old Tara Bagley pleaded guilty Tuesday two counts of sexual battery committed by lewd or lascivious acts.

The charges allege Bagley had sexual contact with two female students at various locations, usually in Bagley's car, over a period of about 18 months, starting in July 2011. Bagley initially was charged with seven counts, but five were to be dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

The state's sentencing recommendation was not read in court. Fifth District Judge Michael Crabtree ordered a presentence investigation and scheduled sentencing for June 25.
