Tara Leigh Bagley, the 41 year old Burley High School vice principal accused of sexual abuse of two minors, has waived her right to extradition proceedings in a Utah court and will be returned to Cassia County via a prisoner shuttle service. Her bond is set at $250,000. The Times News reports that  The Cassia County 5th District court case outlining the basis of the felony charges will remain sealed until Bagley is returned to the county.  Bagley was arrested last Friday near St. George, Utah, on seven felony charges of sexual abuse of a child 16-17 years old. The charges stem from Bagley’s alleged sexual conduct with two female victims from July 2011 to December 2012. The incidents did not occur on school property.
